Established
in 1962 by Yoshisada Yonezuka, the Cranford Judo & Karate Club has
been home to many aspiring students, world-class
athletes and Olympic medalists.
The Dojo
walls display the club's history in photographs, newspaper
and magazine articles from the Olympic Games, Sumo Championships,
as well as the many years of dedication training stellar athletes of all
ages.
Yoshisada
Yonezuka is well-known within the Martial Arts
circles and active in several organizations. Promoting these sports and
training world-class athletes has been a life-long ambition.
